The assessment itself is online and takes most people 30-45 minutes to complete; you will need to set aside that block of time to be quiet and reflect while you complete the assessment.
Once you've submitted all of your answers, you will automatically receive an electronic copy of your results report; you'll want to review this in preparation for your Personal Consultation with Liz. She will contact you once she sees that you've finished your assessment and schedule about an hour to really delve into the results to help you identify clear strategies for maximizing your strengths and supplementing where your skills are less developed.
