Apartment Cleaning Checklist:

This excel spreadsheet gives you an easy to use chart to schedule your clients as well as a quick way to look and see what homes you have scheduled for each day of the week. It's simple to make changes to the form: 1. To change the content in a cell, click on the cell, go to the top bar and type in the new information (employee name, home owner name, etc.) and hit the enter key. 2. To insert a line to add more names: Click on the numbers on the left hand side of the page. Right click on that row, click Insert, and then Entire Row. This will place a row above the current row. 3. To change a cell's color: Highlight the cells you want to by clicking on them (if more than one cell click and hold and drag your mouse across the cells you want to change.) How to Determine Man Hours:
This chart will help you figure out man hours for a residential cleaning job based on how many people and how many hours each worked. To use this chart, look and the number of people who will be working at the job. On the left side, choose how many hours each person on the team will be working. The place where the two meet in the chart will give you the total Man Hours.
